True financial confidence comes from rigorous preparation and open dialogue. Brian Carenza, ChFC®, CSA, LUTCF, works from his Paramus, NJ office alongside New Jersey families to design comprehensive retirement roadmaps tailored to their unique values and vision.
Retirement is about more than balance sheets — it's about living well. We evaluate your complete financial picture to design a cohesive blueprint that supports your lifestyle objectives and living needs.
Protecting your assets requires an analytical, disciplined eye. We focus on risk mitigation techniques that seek to shelter your nest egg from economic volatility and unexpected shifts.
Leave a lasting mark for the people and causes you love. We offer structured educational guidance on asset transfer frameworks, charitable giving, and family wealth preservation.
In 2023 and 2025, Brian was honored with the national ACE Award by Allied Elite Financial. This distinction celebrates advisors who maintain the highest standards of professional development, client satisfaction, and ethical service.
I believe the best outcomes happen through active collaboration. My role is not to dictate, but to educate you on your options, listen intently to your goals, and apply a consultative framework to your life's priorities. By staying humble, continuously educated, and transparent, we construct clear solutions designed to stand the test of time.
Understanding your priorities before offering tailored roadmaps.
Rigorous ongoing education & credentialed fiduciary mindset.
A Westwood, NJ native, Brian makes his home in Westwood, NJ with his wife, Noelle. Happily married for 28+ years, they are the proud parents of three adult children: Brittany and twins Jamie and Timothy. Their Westwood, NJ home is kept lively by Fudge the cat and Snobben the dog (Swedish for Snoopy!). Brian is deeply active in his local church, enjoys skiing, solving complex puzzles, collecting baseball cards, playing soccer, and heading to West Point to root for Army football.
A well-prepared retirement requires technical skill and constant learning. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College and from The American College of Financial Services (founded in 1927 by Solomon S. Huebner of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania). Member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, before achieving the prestigious Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) designations.
These advanced credentials represent rigorous coursework in wealth preparation, senior advisory, legacy planning, and risk control. Brian combines this deep technical knowledge with a warm, conversational approach — ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and fully confident in their next chapter.
“Brian's advanced training really shows in his attention to detail, but his genuine care for our family is what sets him apart. He made our retirement transition completely seamless.”
